By accessing or using the EduFam platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including schools, administrators, teachers, parents, and students.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• School administrators are responsible for managing user accounts within their institution.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Share student data or personal information outside the authorized scope.

• Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected by the school.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
• Fee payments processed through the platform are subject to applicable transaction fees.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. EduFam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Schools may request data export within 30 days of account termination.
